Well, the &quot;secret&quot; to this image is that it&#039;s got impossible depth of field.  It&#039;s made up of multiple photographs.  I took several photos of the flower with different focus points in each one.  Then I opened all of them in Photoshop and made a composite image by cloning the sharp portions of each into a single image.

I understand that CS4 (which I don&#039;t have) can do this automagically today.
